Afri-zan has implemented a training and mentorship program whereby previously disadvantaged individuals are employed by ourselves and trained with the necessary office support skills, thereby empowering them with both the skills and work experience so often lacking on their curriculum vitae's. These candidates are trained at our expense and are part of our mentorship program, i.e. when the client urgently requires temporary office support staff we have immediately available skills.
The candidates are trained for a period of six months after which we find them suitable permanent employment. |
